Daniel was brought in to act as a fractional CFO/FD, offering a flexible and experienced alternative to a full-time hire or a traditional consultancy. This fractional model allowed the school to access high-level financial expertise on a part-time basis, specifically tailored to their needs and without the overhead of a permanent position.
